I am a big dummy

The other day I was in the shower and washing my hair. I usually leave the shampoo in and then soap up the rest of my dirty self and rinse everything off. Well, this time I rinsed off everything except my head. I shut the shower off and got out and went to dry off and boom I felt my still lathered head.

At this point my heart sank. Twenty seven years on this earth and I felt like a big dummy. I know I’m not the only that has done this but I still felt as if I was the biggest jack ass. Putting similes aside I took the shortest walk of shame back to the shower. When I turned the shower faucet it moaned as if it was saying “iiiiiiddddddiiiiiioooooottttt” as I stepped in. I washed the shampoo off but I could wash away my shame.

How is it that something so small and insignificant make me feel incredibly stupid?
